Care Dimensions Tree of Lights Ceremony

Care Dimensions, formerly Hospice of the North Shore & Greater Boston, will hold its annual Tree of Lights ceremony on Tuesday, December 9 at 6 p.m. at 70 Walnut Street, Wellesley. Members of the community are invited to sponsor a light at the Tree of Lights ceremony in memory or in honor of a loved one. This donation will support the mission of Care Dimensions, which is to provide advanced illness care services to patients and their families in more than 90 communities in Eastern Massachusetts.

Immediately following the tree lighting ceremony, there will be a reception inside the hospice office, suite 301, where guests will be able to view the Honor Roll Book inscribed with the names of those memorialized on the tree.

For more information about honoring someone special through the Tree of Lights, please call 978-223-9787 or visit www.CareDimensions.org. All names must be received by November 24 to appear in the Honor Roll Book in time for the event. All names received after that date will be added later.
